Making Do: The Art of Making What We Have Work Better (S3 E10)

So much of what we use and eat comes from the store. So what would we actually do if we couldn’t go to the store? It’s something I started thinking about recently… and the more I looked at what we eat, the more I realized how much of it depends on being able to just go out and buy what we need.

So I tried something different. I started looking at what we already have… what we could grow… what we could make last longer… and how we could cook real meals from it.

Not perfectly. Not all at once. But enough to start seeing what’s actually possible.

In this video, I’m sharing what I’ve been learning about:

  • growing more of our own food
  • making it last longer
  • and cooking from what we already have

It’s not about doing everything yourself.

It’s about realizing we CAN do more than we think.
